Please read these Terms carefully before using the Aarna service. They describe your rights and obligations as a user and subscriber.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Aarna website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

The Service

Aarna is a subscription-based daily ritual delivery service operating in Mangalore, India. We deliver fresh flowers and sacred essentials to your doorstep before your morning puja. Availability is subject to your delivery area and our operational capacity.

Waitlist & Early Access

Joining our waitlist does not guarantee access to the service. Waitlist positions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis as we expand our delivery coverage. We will notify you via email when your area becomes available.

Subscriptions & Payments

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as chosen. Payments are processed securely. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on the agreed cycle until you cancel.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you will continue to receive deliveries until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

Delivery

We aim to deliver before sunrise on every scheduled day. While we make every effort to maintain this commitment, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases we will deliver double on the next available day or provide a credit.

The Circular Return Programme

Used blooms may be returned to Aarna for transformation into incense and dhoop. Store credits are issued upon verified receipt of returned flowers. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Aarna reserves the right to modify the credit value and programme terms with 14 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, and design, is the property of Aarna and RJ Global Group and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarna and RJ Global Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers via email of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
